Know Exactly Who Can See What in Salesforce

A fixed-scope review of your org's access, sharing and security settings, with a plain-English report and a prioritised list of fixes.

Overview

Salesforce orgs change constantly. New users, profiles, integrations and portals add up, and permissions drift from what anyone intended.

Our Security Health Check reviews your org against Salesforce security baselines and your own obligations, identifies where data is more exposed than it should be, and gives you a clear order of fixes. We can make the fixes for you, or hand the report to your team.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do we check who can see what in Salesforce?

Access in Salesforce comes from profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules and, for portals, guest and external user settings. Our security health check reviews all of these together and shows who can see and change sensitive data.

What does a Salesforce security health check include?

We review user access, sharing settings, Experience Cloud and guest user exposure, connected apps and integrations, password and session policies, and Salesforce's own Health Check score. You get a prioritised list of risks and the fix for each one.

How often should we review Salesforce security?

We recommend a full review at least once a year and after any major change, such as a new portal, integration or merger. Orgs holding sensitive personal or government data benefit from more frequent checks.
